Shipping policy

Our items are directly from our designer and many are made to order. 

We make every effort to ship items within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Specific product’s descriptions note they may have additional time required for fulfillment due to custom or made-to-order. Normally items ship within 5 business days due to stock status and some items are custom-made to order and require additional time.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order. Sometimes orders can be delayed waiting for the full order to be filled and therefore shipped. Please note that we do not ship partial shipments unless requested by the customer. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses.
